On-site parking is available in lots to the building’s immediate west and north. On-street parking is available in the Neighborhood Zones surrounding The Elm, and is free after 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, as well as all day Saturday and Sunday. We recognize that parking in the Elm Heights neighborhood can require patience. In taking advantage of free street parking, we suggest the following streets as places with more frequent space availability:
- E University Street, from S Park Avenue to S Grant Street
- E 2nd Street, from S Park Avenue to S Henderson Street (approach from the east)
- S Fess Avenue, from E Hunter Avenue to E Maxwell Lane
Please, be aware that parking in the apartment-only lot further west from The Elm (pointing away from the restaurant) may result in your car being towed!
