                                                Scheduling interviews for:

Bartender
Must have regular Sunday brunch availability

      • This position is part-time, with some experience required
      • Work on the Beverage team to handle all aspects of our guests’ beverage experience – follow recipes and procedures to execute all beverages from our bar program.
      • Assist in general service to keep the dining room hospitable and efficient – be prepared to take and transmit food orders and shepherd dinner service for dinner guests at the bar/bar tables.
      • Must have a valid Server Certificate via the State of Indiana for alcohol service
      • Must possess some prior knowledge of food and beverage, with a hunger to learn more – prior bartender experience isn’t necessary, but would be ideal.

    • Server
      Must have regular Thursday night *and* Sunday brunch availability 

      • This position is part-time, with some experience required
      • Work on the Service team to handle all aspects of our guests’ experience
      • Assist in general service to keep the dining room hospitable and efficient
      • Must have a valid Server Certificate via the State of Indiana for alcohol service
      • Must possess some prior knowledge of food and beverage, with a hunger to learn more

    • Support (Bus/Run & Host)

      • This position is part-time, with no experience required
      • Work on the Support team to help maintenance all aspects of our guests’ experience
      • Assist in general service to keep the dining room hospitable and efficient, including running food, bussing tables, resetting tables, greeting guests, checking parties in via digital reservation management systems, etc.

                                                Accepting applications for:

    • PM Chef de Partie
      Must have some prior cooking experience 

      • This position is full-time, with some experience required
      • Work a weekly schedule Wednesday-Saturday (3pm – 10:30 pm); Sunday (8am – 2:45 pm)
      • Oversee their designated section of the line during service to prepare, cook, and present menu items while maintaining the Executive Chef’s standards
      • Maintain a hygienic, safe work space
      • Work effectively in a team, possessing excellent communication skills
