 Immediately hiring for:

• • PM Host
    • This position is part time, with host experience preferred
      
    • Shifts run Tuesday – Saturday, 4:00 pm – 10:15 pm.
    • Work in a Host team to accept, organize, and deploy guest reservations
    • Excellent customer service skills a must!
  • PM Server
    • Must have prior server experience
    • This is a part-time position (16-20 hours/week)
    • Execute daily dinner service in a 3-6 table section, in concert with the Service, Beverage, Support, and Culinary teams.
    • Provide remarkable hospitality in menu knowledge, soft skills, and accuracy/precision.
    • Maintain a hygienic, safe work space
    • Work effectively in a team, possessing excellent communication skills
      
  • PM Chef de Partie
    • Must have prior cooking experience
    • This is a full-time position (36-40 hours/week)
    • Execute nightly dinner service, Tuesday-Saturday.
    • Oversee a designated section of the line during service to prepare, cook, and present menu items while maintaining the Executive Chef’s standards
    • Maintain a hygienic, safe work space
    • Work effectively in a team, possessing excellent communication skills
      
  • AM Baker/Pastry
    • Must have prior baking experience
    • This is a full-time position (36-40 hours/week)
    • Execute morning baking and pastry work, Tuesday-Saturday, ~6:00am-2:00pm
    • Oversee a prep list comprised of morning baked goods/pastries for AM Coffeehouse service and desserts/savory baking for PM Dinner service during service. This position works hand-in-hand with the Executive Chef and Prep Lead
    • Maintain a hygienic, safe work space
    • Work effectively in a team, possessing excellent communication skills

                                                   Accepting applications for:

• • PM Support (Runner/Busser)
    • This position is part time, with some experience preferred
    • Work in a Support team and alongside the Service team to run menu items to tables
    • Assist in bussing and resetting the dining room floor, to keep service quick and efficient
