- Execute morning and evening coffeehouse service, including cafe set up, brewing coffee, tuning espresso machine, making espresso/cafe beverages to order, taking orders, etc.

- No experience required – an ideal entry point into the restaurant kitchen!
- The ideal candidate is dependable, quick, precise, self-motivated, and reliable.
- This is a full-time position (35-40 hours/week)
- Operate the dish machine and three-bay sink system during prep hours of a busy dinner restaurant. This includes dish pit set up and maintenance, general cleaning, general dishwashing, and organizational skills.
- Maintain a hygienic, safe work space, following local health guidelines
- Possess good communication skills

- Oversee a designated section of the line during service to prepare, cook, and present menu items while maintaining the Executive Chef’s standards
